#SocialAwarenessPorn - This movie is a creative story based on actual events in Peru in the 1990’s. President Alberto Fujimori used government policy to sterilize the “undesirables”, poor and indigenous women, so they wouldn’t reproduce in the ’90s. This was done often without their consent and knowledge. Fujimori was initially convicted and went to prison before being pardoned. His pardon was overturned in October 2018 and ordered to return to prison in January 2019. Sheila Daniels is just another poor girl living without much in Peru, including any kind of health care. Her mom, finding out she is sexually active, tells her she must go to the free clinic and get birth control before she has a offspring that she can’t afford to care for! Sheila is scared and doesn’t want to go get checked out by a stranger, but her mother tells her she needs to go and they can even put her under so she won’t remember a thing! Reluctantly, she agrees and schedules her appointment.
